Quick and Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Easy weeknight dinner served with green beans and salad for a big hit with young and old kids

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 1 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup(s) bisquick flour
  • 1 cup(s) whole or 2% milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can(s) 6 oz tomato sauce

Preparation

Heat oven to 400

Brown beef, onion and drain excess fat, put beef in deep dish pie plate sprinkle with seasonings, top with the cheedar cheese,

Make a batter with tthe milk , eggs and bisquick pour over the top. bake about 25 to 30 minutes. pie is cdone when buscuit is golden brown and cooked through
