- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 egg
How to Make It
Place flour in a large mixing bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Combine milk and egg; add to flour mixture. Stir with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Shape dough into a ball; chill. Use as directed in desired recipe.
