  • 1/4 c chopped green olives
  • 1 T. capers
  • 2t. garlic
  • 1t. lemon juice
  • 1t. anchovy paste
  • 1/4 t. red pepper flakes
  • 1 14 ounce can whole tomatoes, chopped coarse (imported is better)


  1. heat everything together and enjoy. This is a basic sauce but comes together very well.
