- 1 bunch(es) anchovie chopped
- 1/2 jar(s) capers
- 5 clove(s) garlic
- 3/4 cup(s) green olive pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1/2 cup(s) parsley chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper flakes
- 2 28 oz can(s) tomatos whole or chopped
- 1/3 cup(s) veg oil
- add tomatoes oil in pot. chop tomatoes roughly with knife. bring to a boil and then add everything else and boil the daylights out of it lid off for several hours.
