Ingredients

4 cups mixed salad greens
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup freshly grated Romano cheese

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 to 4 tablespoons Purple Parrot Sensation Dressing

Preparation

Place salad greens and spinach in a large bowl. Sprinkle with cheeses. Drizzle with Purple Parrot Sensation Dressing. Serve immediately.
