Purple Parrot Sensation Dressing
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 to 6 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- Process white wine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. With blender or processor running, gradually add olive oil and canola oil in a slow, steady stream; process until smooth.
- Note: Store remaining dressing in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
