Pureed Squash
Ingredients
- 1 small, whole winter squash
- butter or cream
- seasonings
Preparation
- Pureed squash: Pierce a small, whole squash with a fork, rub with oil and bake at 350°F until tender, about 1 hour. Split open, scoop out flesh into a food processor and puree with butter or cream and seasonings.
