  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) cloves
  • 1 cup(s) confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cup(s) cooking oil
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cup(s) flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) ginger
  • 2 tablespoon(s) margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla


  1. Cream together sugar and oil. Add pumpkin and eggs. Combine remaining ingredients and mix into creamed mixture. Drop by large Tbsps onto greased baking sheet.
