1 (8.5-ounce) box cornbread mix
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 large egg

How to Make It
Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch square baking pan.
