Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) canned pumpkin
- 3 cup(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) water
- 1 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 3 1/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
Preparation
- 1. Heat oven 350
- 2. in large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, water, veg oil and eggs
- 3. beat until well mixed
- 4. Measure flour, soda, cinnamon,salt,baking powder,nutmeg, & cloves in separae bowl and stir until combined.
- 5. Slowly add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, beating until smooth
- 6. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans & dust with flour
- 7. Evenly divided batter between 2 pans
- 8. Bake 60-70 minutes
