For a tasty morning meal or mid-day snack, serve up a Pumpkin Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (not nonfat)
  • 3/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice, plus more for garnish, optional
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice

How to Make It
