Yield: Makes about 6 dozen
- 1 18 1/2 oz. pkg. white cake mix
- 1 15-oz. can pumpkin
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 6-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Combine dry cake mix, pumpkin, egg and spices in a bowl. Stir until well blended; fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
