Pumpkin Pancakes

I've made these for my boyfriend's birthday breakfast two years in a row and we love them. Not sure why the other two reviews knock them so badly; just good, solid, pumpkin! pancakes.

Very disappointed with this recipe. Should have taken the advice of the first review. I tried everything, adding flour, baking powder, thinning the batter out, but never resulting in a cooked pancake. Look elsewhere for a good pumpkin pancake recipe!

These pancakes were easy to make and turned out great. I followed the recipe exactly as written, which resulted in fluffy and tasty pancakes.
