Ingredients

  • 1 large (29 oz) can pumpking
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cimmamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Mix pumpkin and eggs, beat well. Add milk and stir in salt, ginger, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

Put in 9x13 in pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
