These were fabulous. I doubled the recipe. I also did not have whipping cream so just used a little 1/2 and 1/2. I had to cook the cookies about 13 minutes.

This is one of the best pumpkin cookie recipes I have used. Sometimes I double the batch and add chocolate chips and nuts to the cookie batter. This is usually the recipe I use when I want good pumpkin cookies.
