I thought this recipe was pretty good. It was easy to mold into a pumpkin shape and tasted pretty good. It wasnt "gooey" enough though- it didnt spread well or stick to crackers or veggies well. Maybe that was part of the design so that it would mold into a pumpkin? I served it with crackers, cucumbers, and celery. I used a piece of celery to make the stalk instead of broccoli and it turned out well.

I've made this for three parties and gotten rave reviews from people at all three. A nice, slightly spicy cheese to serve with a hearty cracker. The cheese ball is dense when it's fresh from the fridge (like chilled cream cheese), so let it sit a room temperature to soften a bit (at least 20-30 minutes?) before serving and have a spreader handy. You won't be able to just dip an apple slice into the ball to get a serving of cheese.

This cheese ball was amazing, everyone loved it and the kids especially loved the pumpkin shape. I recommend making this for any halloween or Thanksgiving party.
