Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup(s) Flour
- 3 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) Allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 cup(s) Salad oil (eg canola)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup(s) Canned pumpkin Usually 1 can
- 1/2 cup(s) Chopped walnuts Optional
- 1/2 cup(s) raisins Optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spray to loaf pans with cooking spray. Bake 50-60 minutes.
