  • 3 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 cup(s) Salad oil (eg canola)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) Canned pumpkin Usually 1 can
  • 1/2 cup(s) Chopped walnuts Optional
  • 1/2 cup(s) raisins Optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spray to loaf pans with cooking spray. Bake 50-60 minutes.
