Pumpkin Bread

I bake pumpkin bread every fall & Christmas, and I use this recipe every time. It's super easy and makes three loaves. I make it exactly as it is written. It also freezes really well. I usually make multiple batches and give some away to neighbors, teachers, and/or friends.

Where are all the other ratings! Anyone who loves pumpkin bread should try this one. So simple - make it all in one big bowl and bake in disposable foil pans. It is soooo delicious ! Moist and not overly sweet. Perfect breakfast bread.

super simple recipe and very moist and good. I only made 2 loaves and cooked for a bit longer.
