This seasonal bread is very tasty and easy. It does NOT have the massive amounts of sugar in many breads. Also good baked as a muffin. Next time, I might add Craisins.
- 2 banana ripened
- 1 can(s) pumpkin
- 2 cup(s) Flour
- 3 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 stick(s) butter melted
- 1 cup(s) brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- Mix butter, sugar and and eggs in bowl until light. Mix dry ingredients together on one bowl. Mix pumpkin and bananas together in bowl. Combine the 3 bowls alternately. Pout batter into 4x8 pans, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
