Prosciutto-Wrapped Mango Bites

    These were delicious and VERY easy! The hardest part is slicing the mango. I made them the evening before a lunch with a few friends and they kept well in the fridge overnight. We all loved them and there were certainly no leftovers! Picture of the ones I made here:
