I made these for a cocktail party and they were the first to go! They go well with drinks and the combination was just great!
Instead of serving them as a whole breadstick though, I chopped each one to 2 to 3 pieces and cut the prosciutto slices so that you get more quantity in smaller versions.
As I said, they were GONE!
I used olive-oil breadsticks instead of just plain ones for a bit of extra flavor.
