I made these for lunch and loved the combination of flavors. I toasted the bread in the toaster rather than broil them (just seemed easier and faster!) This will be added to my favorites!

Made this and loved it. I did the bread like grilled cheese melted the butter then toasted the bread in a pan. The broiler seemed like a lot more work.

This is only five stars if you buy quality ingredients. But recipe is a keeper.

I loved this recipe but made it a lighter version since I am on weight watchers. I used 45 calorie multi grain bread, no butter and put it in the toaster. I used lite blue cheese and everything came out tasting great.

This was excellent, all of us liked it, including my teenage son, the combination of flavors was outstanding. I used balsamic vinegar for the arugula as I was out of red wine vinegar and it was great with the blue cheese, otherwise I made it exactly as written. Will definitely make it again, it was very easy for a quick weeknight dinner.

Of course, I love pears, prosciutto and blue cheese. Naturally, I loved this recipe, too. Perfect combination of salty and sweet. Easy to throw together. This is a new favorite!

Very nice. I used cambozola cheese, worth the extra calories! Fast to make; my kids could easily prepare them if I were too busy.

This sandwich will knock your socks off. The combination of salty ham, the bite of blue cheese and the sweet smoothness of pears is a sensation for your tounge. My guests have unfailingly asked for the recipe EVERY time I've made them.

Good flavor combinations, but I didn't care for the texture of the prosciutto straight out of the package . I didn't have arugula on hand, so I used romain; it was very good. Next time, I will use deli ham, I think then we'll have a winner!

We thought these were great. The flavors mix together well. I did use balsamic vinegar instead of red wine, just a preference. Be sure to invest in quality blue cheese!
