Ingredients
- 2 prickly pear fruit (about 10 oz. total)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- 1. Cut ends from prickly pears. Cut a lengthwise slit through peel on each fruit. Pull back peel, scoop out fruit, and discard peel.
- 2. Put prickly pear pulp, lemon juice, sugar, and 1 cup water in a blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.
- 3. Pour into ice-filled glasses.
