- 1 3/4 cups finely crushed pretzel pieces
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine first 4 ingredients (through salt) in a medium mixing bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add butter to bowl; toss to coat evenly.
Press pretzel mixture firmly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch glass pie pan.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 325° or until lightly browned; cool completely on a wire wrack.
