Top mini-pretzel twists or snaps each with a bite-size chocolate-caramel nougat bar, a chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat bar, or a chocolate-coated caramel. Microwave on a microwave-safe plate at HIGH 20 seconds or just until chocolate begins to melt. Press toasted pecan halves into centers. Drizzle with caramel topping, and sprinkle with kosher salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
