Ingredients
- 1 box(es) Light Brown Sugar
- 1 can(s) evaporated milk
- 2 cup(s) pecans
- 2 tablespoon(s) Margarine
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanella flavoring
Preparation
- use heavy sauce pan
- Add first 2 ingredients & bring to a soft boil (225 degree)
- Add margarine until almost melted
- Remove from heat
- Add Pecans & Vanella
- Beat until it almost loses it's glossy
- Drop by tap or tlbs spoon size on freezer paper
- Wrap individually
