Power Granola Parfaits

Power Granola Parfaits

This not-too-sweet parfait is a colorful way to start the day. Vary the dried fruit in the granola according to what you have on hand--try chopped dried apricots, raisins, dried currants, dried blueberries, or even chopped dried mango.
