Power Granola Parfaits
This not-too-sweet parfait is a colorful way to start the day. Vary the dried fruit in the granola according to what you have on hand--try chopped dried apricots, raisins, dried currants, dried blueberries, or even chopped dried mango.

Ingredients
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 cups Power Granola
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation
- Place first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine. Spoon 1/2 cup berry mixture into each of 6 (8-ounce) parfait glasses; top each serving with 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup Power Granola. Drizzle each serving with 1 teaspoon maple syrup.
