  • Yield: Makes about 3 3/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 (16-ounce) packages pound cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Beat all ingredients on low speed with an electric mixer until combined. Increase speed to medium, and beat 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
