Pound Cake Batter
Ingredients
- 2 (16-ounce) packages pound cake mix
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 4 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preparation
- Beat all ingredients on low speed with an electric mixer until combined. Increase speed to medium, and beat 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
