Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 Red pepper Sliced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Ginger Grated
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic Minced
  • 4 Baby bok Choy
  • 16 Potstickers
  • 4 cup(s) Field greens

Preparation

  1. Mix first four ingredients as sauce. Sauté vegetables for 4-5 min. Cook potstickers according to pkg directions. Spread sautéed vegetables over bed of greens, top with potstickers, and drizzle with sauce.
