Potato and Sun-Dried Tomato au Gratin

    I sliced the potatoes in the food processor so they were less than 1/4" thick. I only cooked them for 5 minutes but some fell apart in the draining step. It was impossible to toss them in the sauce so I did a couple of layers and that worked okay. Good but not a great recipe.

    A great side dish with baked ham! No heavy 'cheesy' sauce, but rather the distinct flavor of sundried tomatoes and parmesan cheese! Will make again- and again, I'm certain.

    These are pretty good. I will dice the tomatoes a bit finer next time and add some garlic and basil to the sauce.
