Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked hot mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups soft breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine potatoes, breadcrumbs, butter, onion juice, salt, sage, and pepper, mixing well. Spoon mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake covered at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover, and bake 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
