I liked this salad, but I would reduce the amount of potatoes in it the next time I make it. It makes a lot!

Absolutely worthy of 5 stars...perfect for a summer meal. I don't make any modifications to the recipe, though I do recommend using a good quality bottled dressing or make your own. We usually eat the salad with the potatoes still warm and it is fine. Note that this recipe makes a TON, I would say 10 servings.

This IS amazing!!! I served it with BBQ chicken. Instead of making potatoes and a salad, I picked this as a combination of the 2. It was all gone between 4 people!!!!! Sooo good! I didn't reduce the amount of the potatoes, but I did add some red cabbage and carrots to add more color to it and cucambers. Will make again and again.

This was very easy and great presentation. I too would cut back on the potatoes used in the salad, but the extra potatoes did not go to waste... it was yummy just by themselves ! Lots of great salad ingredients... the bacon pieces was a great complement for this !

I love Cobb salad and the potatoes really make it super hearty.I add chopped hard cooked eggs. Even my meat and three devoted husband is happy when this makes an appearance for supper. I serve it with grilled foccacia, no hot kitchen for me!
