  • 3 cup(s) cooked chicken
  • 4 whole(s) hard cooked eggs chopped
  • 2 cup(s) Rice cooked
  • 1 cup(s) mayo
  • 2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 bag(s) Plain Chips


  1. Mix all together in buttered 9 x 13. Refrigerate overnight. when ready to cook top with chips that are crushed. Cook on 350 for 45 minutes
