Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) white round potatoes (1kg)
  • 5.3 ounce(s) thickened cream (300ml)
  • 1.4 ounce(s) French onion soup mix (40g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ̊C/360F. Peel and slice potatoes 5mm thick then place into a baking dish. Combine cream and soup, pour over potatoes and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
