Incredibly yummy! Didn't marinate over night- just a couple hours. Made extra onions (2X the recipe) cuz we LOVE onions and they compliment the mushrooms! Added a little balsamic to the onions while cooking. Worthy of ANY occasion. My husband would prefer to great stuffed turkey burgers! Served with sweet potato fries (from the oven!)

Wonderful. Super easy, super fast (just have to remember to marinade the mushrooms the night before...), super yummy. We actually didn't use roasted garlic- just minced 2 cloves right into the mayo along with some more dried basil - and it gave it a nice bite. Will definitely make again.

Really good. Subbed fresh basil for dried. Used raw minced garlic, so the mayo spread wasn't sweet/mellow. Made half as cheeseburgers with one slice provolone per mushroom. Great flavors.
