Pork with Port Wine and Raisin Sauce

    Am I missing something? There is no description for putting together the raisin mixture. I put the first three ingredients in a saucepan and brought it to boiling and then took it off the heat and let it sit to plump up the raisins while I made the pork chops. Actually I substituted craisins for the raisins and it was really good.

    Yum - I loved the sweet plumpness of the raisins in contrast to the savory pork. I served this with some white rice and chopped green onions, which my fiance noted made a pleasing contrast. All in all, a delicious meal

    total winner. soaked the old, very old raisins with port and honey for about an hour.
