Superfast. Made to recipe except pounded the chops to uniform thickness. Breadcrumbs browned beautifully and pork was very good with or without the sauce. Served CL spinach pear salad first.

Easy and delicious! Served it with steamed green beans and made extra sauce to put over plain orzo. DH loved it too!

I will be adding this into my meal rotation! I thought it would be a complicated recipe (at least for me), but it was pretty easy! I like that I could improvise and get a good dish - I left out the wine and lemon zest because I didn't have it, but I think it turned out marvelously without it. I didn't have parm. cheese, so I used an shredded italian medly that I already had and it worked fine as well. The breading is great. I served my pork with a small serving of Dreamfields© pasta in olive oil with tomato and some green beans with almonds.

Good recipe. Next time may try to thicken sauce alittle with some constarch, (just a personal preference). Served with recommended green beans and orzo. Would make it again.

Loved this dish! With rice, green beans and salad and it took maybe 20 minutes to prepare! Very flavorful and going into regular rotation at our house!

Really good, quick and easy. Served with couscous and roasted asparagus.

The sauce was lovely. I probably would have preferred this recipe on chicken.

Taste great and easy to prepare. I did make a few minor changes; I was out of white wine, so I used cooking sherry that I had on hand, doubled the sauce and added a little corn starch to thicken it up a little. I served with couscous and steamed green beans; good week night meal.

My family absolutely loves this recipe. They request it every week and I've also made it with white fish and chicken. My suggestion is to keep the juice from the capers, the natural salt makes a difference! Also add some extra lemon juice, it blends nicely with the wine and broth.

I am always looking for ways to make ordinary pork chops taste extra-ordinary. This recipe is worth dirtying all those shallow dishes for. My husband loves it.

Too bad this has to have breading. It ruined the recipe. :-(

Made this last night. It was delicious! I added some garlic to the sauce and some cornstarch while it was cooking to make more of a gravy out of it. I also made the sauce early in the day and let the ingredients marry together. This was very good for a healthier meal. The only thing I would do differently is bake it next time instead of pan-fry. The hubby really loved the sauce! Tasted like Piccata...

My husband and I loved this recipe! It is my favorite pork chop recipe yet! I did make a few changes because I was lacking ingredients: I exchanged the breadcrumbs for equal parts pankos with oregano & basil to taste. Then I did not have fresh Parmesan, so I substituted equal parts HEB Romano Cheese. Yummy.
