Pork Tenderloin with Pumpkin-Seed Sauce

    I really liked the sauce, I used tahini instead of the pumpkin seed paste though, just because I had it on hand. The pork itself turned out way to spicy for anyone in my family.

    I have made this several times; everyone i've made it for has thought is was execellent. It's easy to make and unique.

    The sauce is really good and I would even use it on chicken. It reminds me of a mole sauce without the chocolate. Will definitely make it again.
