Really good and very easy to make. Perfect weeknight dinner. The spice rub makes a ton! I halved the recipe and still have lots left over for future meals.

It was good but nothing special. The rub was easy to make and made a quick weeknight meal. I think I just have a personal preference to marinades rather than rubs.

Quick, easy, and awesome. We had this with CL's soft polenta and sauteed mushrooms and CL's spinach with raisins and pine nuts.

This was really flavorful. The spice rub is great. I brined the tenderloin for about an hour before roasting it and it turned out super moist. I highly recommend brining before roasting.

My husband and I love this recipe! We have made it many times. I do have to cook the pork longer than specified, usually 40 minutes or so, but it is always moist and flavorful.

We loved this recipe! It was very simple and easy to cook. The meat turned out tender and juicy and was seasoned perfectly! I used a larger tenderloin, and just cooked it a bit longer until the internal temperature of the meat was right.

I loved this spice rub. Even my boyfriend, who does not usually care for paprika, absolutely loved it - he has even requested it again.

I rubbed the spice mix on the pork, wrapped the tenderloins in plastic wrap and stored in the fridge overnight. Then I glazed the pork tenderloin with hot jalapeno pepper jelly just before it is done on the grill and it is outstanding. It was a big hit at my dinner party. Everyone loved it!!

We really liked this recipe and will definitely make it again. Had it for a weeknight meal but would serve it on special occasions. I cut the spice rub ingredients in half but still have quite a bit for another time. The oven temperature and cooking time was perfect. The tenderloin was very moist and tasty. Served with rice and asparagus.

Very good...followed someone elses suggestion and I made a glaze with jalapeño pepper jelly and butter. It was very good. I served it with baked sweet potatoes and sauteed spinach... I certainly will make it again!

This is my "go to" recipe for novice cooks who want a simple main course to impress guests. Add a veggie, a salad, some cous cous or grain blend and Voila! The rest of the spice blend is ready for a future fast meal.

Very spicy and hard to cook at a such high temperature.

This has become a family favorite. It can easily be cooked outside on the grill on a hot summer day which is an added bonus.

This was excellent. Super easy to make and the whole family enjoyed it. I was afraid it would be too spicy but my son didn't seem to mind (he's the sensitive one). Great staple!
