Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 6 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops, trimmed
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Pineapple Salsa
- 8 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation
- Combine curry powder and next 4 ingredients; sprinkle over pork chops. Coat pork evenly with cooking spray.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Coarsely chop pork.
- Serve with Pineapple Salsa and warm tortillas.
