Pork and Sweet Pepper Kebabs

    Very tasty! I broiled the kabobs instead of grilling and marinated overnight but otherwise made as written. Served with Double Sesame Rice from this site. A great easy weeknight meal.

    I have to agree; these kebabs are great. I used bamboo skewers and alternated the pork with green and orange pepper chunks and onion wedges. Similarly to previous reviewers, I served them with a simple brown rice pilaf, which was the PERFECT complement. I can't wait to make these again.

    Wow! Super simple and very good. I doubled the recipe to make sure we would have leftovers. Served it with Lemon-Ginger Rice--a very old CL recipe. Great first use of the grill for the year.

    This is excellent. I also added an onion that I sliced in half and then in wedges and roasted them with the peppers. I'll be using this marinade throughout the summer on chicken too. We served it with white rice, doubled the recipe and fed nine people. Everyone enjoyed it.

    Excellent! Easy for a weeknight dinner. I served it with Creamy Parmesan Orzo (also a CL recipe). This would be great for a summer cookout with family and friends.

    VERY tasty! This is a perfect weeknight dinner - not too involved and delicious. I had some Israeli couscous so I prepared that as a side, along with some marinated grape tomatoes. Absolutely perfect - so perfect in fact, we had no leftovers.

    The recipe alone didn't interest me. I decided to try it anyway based on the good reviews and I had all of the ingredients on hand (yes, even the mini-peppers as I link to snack on them raw like carrots). This dish was really good, easy, and fast. Had to grill the peppers longer than stated in the recipe to get them charred just right. I served it with plain brown rice. We all enjoyed it, including my 4 year old. I will make it again.
