Great, easy recipe. I haven't had problems with runny sauce but mix the sauce, noodles and beef in serving bowl. Made it with whole wheat noodles - delicious!

Love this recipe! I add some red bell pepper with the onions and mushrooms.. Also fresh thyme. I always use Pinot Grigio which is wonderful with this. I also use a little more Dijon mustard because we love it so much! Its not necessary to use tenderloin.. I had some country stlye bonless ribs once and cut them up..worked out great!!! My husband said he wants it once a week!
