Pork Saté with Peanut-Mirin Sauce

    This was great for us. Made to recipe and grilled on the George Foreman. Loved the meat right off the skewers and loved the meat with the sauce. Served with the recommended basmati and gingered peas (used snow pea pods instead of sugar snap because that's what we had in the fridge). Highly recommend for a quick and flavorful dinner.

    We love this recipe. Its great for a work night. I can whip up the sauce and cut up the pork before hand then marinade and make sides when I get home. Then its ready in about 25 minutes tops. It has a great texture and the kids like it. I think its a good solid dish. and a great use for pork tenderloin since it seems like there are always 5 of them inthe freezer.

    We loved all the flavors of this dish. The pork was great by itself. The sauce was sweet but worked well with the pork. I ended up baking meat on rack in oven only bc it was too hot to grill outside. It was juicy and tender after about 12 minutes at 375. I think it would have been better with the sear from the grill, but definitely worth repeating.

    Cooked for dinner tonight. My boys loved it soo much as I did :) Definitely cook again. Thanks for sharing the recipe!!! I served it with parsnip chips :)
