Good recipe and easy to make. I expected it to be a little spicier. We used homegrown jalapenos - and sometimes they taste more like bell peppers. The end result was a nice sweet sauce - we served the pork with green beans almondine, wild rice and peas.

This is a keeper. My husband really liked it. I cooked the pork chops on low longer than the recipe indicated.

At first, I was a bit apprehensive of the ingredients called for, but this sounded interesting and my husband usually stays away from pork chops because they tend to be dry; however, this was excellent and my husband had seconds and the rest for lunch the next day. He even kept commenting on how âkillerâ the sauce was and requested that I make this again.

Absolutely love this recipe!! A little skeptical at first about red pepper jelly, but this is fantanstic! Definitely one of our new favorites! Made El Charro Beans and green salad for a perfect dinner! Great for everday or special occassions. Can easily be doubled for larger get togethers!

This was a big hit will all 4 of us, even the 10 y/o picky eater. Used a mini sweet red pepper instead of jalapeno and boneless chops. The sauce is to die for. We will definitely make this again.

This is delicious! I left out the hot peppers and used Braswell's Green Pepper jelly instead of the red. Will be making this one again.

This was delicious. We used homemade pepper jelly instead, and it was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. I will definitely be trying this again.
