Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. Discard marinade.
Remove pork from bag.
Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 minutes on each side or until pork is no longer pink. Serve with Orange-Olive Relish.
