Pork Chops with Orange-Olive Relish

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 1/2 oranges)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 6 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (1 1/2 inches thick), trimmed
  • Cooking spray
  • Orange-Olive Relish

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. Discard marinade.

  2. Prepare grill.

  3. Remove pork from bag.

  4. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 minutes on each side or until pork is no longer pink. Serve with Orange-Olive Relish.
