This meal was easy and oustanding! The spinach was a bit tart, but, when eaten with the pork, it mellowed out.

This was quick, easy and tasty. For a weeknight meal when I'm too tired to do a lot of cooking this is worth adding to my recipe book.

This is a keeper--very easy and great taste. I made as directed except used tenderized pork loin cutlets so they were especially tender. I served it with baked sweet potatoes. The leftover spinach made a tasty filling for an omelet. Nice weekday meal!

Very good. Used a thicker cut of meat so took much longer than planned. Spinach good too and served with ultra mashed potatoes with bacon bits.

This meal was pretty good. The pork had good flavor, but the spinach was a tad bit bitter. I served couscous with it. Good for a quick weeknight dinner.

Replace the white wine with fat free chicken broth and each serving is only 5 weight watcher points!

This recipe was awesome !! Excellent flavor would definitely use for company. Did not have any wine so I substituted chicken broth. This will be a regular at our house !!

This is a wonderful quick dinner. We used regular spinach, and about twice as much. The combination of nutmeg and cayenne was a surprise for me, and it's a mix I'll keep in mind for other recipes.
