    I love this recipe. It is so quick and easy to make. I do make my own mashed potatoes. And substitute soy milk and smart balance. I serve with frozen mixed vegetables or peas, they go prefect mixed with the gravy and potatoes :)

    This was SUPER EASY - but bland. I think it could be a great recipe with a little more seasoning. I will make it again and add more seasoning.

    This was fabulous! I added montreal steak seasoning to the chops, and added some cayanne pepper and table seasoning to the gravy. I was surprised at how tasty the gravy was! Great comfort food. Served with lightly sauced steamed veggies. Will add to the rotation!

    This has become a go-to recipe in my house. I make the mashed potatoes from scratch and include some haricot verts or green beans as a side dish. The gravy is very delicious too - who would have thought poultry seasoning would be just what it needed?

    This is one of my husband's favorite dinners. He absolutely loves the gravy, which is good on chicken also. Very simple and delicious!

    Love this recipe! So easy and so good. Hard to believe it's light. I served the pork chops and gravy with leftover roasted root vegetables and salad instead of the mashed potatoes.

    I made this today and it was a big hit for the whole family. My american husband LOVED it and my asian mother can't stop munching 'em :D It is so hard to cook something that they both love and I always ended up cooking two different meal for them but not tonight :) will definitely cook this AGAIN in the future!
