    I love this recipe. It is so quick and easy to make. I do make my own mashed potatoes. And substitute soy milk and smart balance. I serve with frozen mixed vegetables or peas, they go prefect mixed with the gravy and potatoes :)

    This was SUPER EASY - but bland. I think it could be a great recipe with a little more seasoning. I will make it again and add more seasoning.

    This was fabulous! I added montreal steak seasoning to the chops, and added some cayanne pepper and table seasoning to the gravy. I was surprised at how tasty the gravy was! Great comfort food. Served with lightly sauced steamed veggies. Will add to the rotation!

    This has become a go-to recipe in my house. I make the mashed potatoes from scratch and include some haricot verts or green beans as a side dish. The gravy is very delicious too - who would have thought poultry seasoning would be just what it needed?

    Love this recipe! So easy and so good. Hard to believe it's light. I served the pork chops and gravy with leftover roasted root vegetables and salad instead of the mashed potatoes.

    I made this today and it was a big hit for the whole family. My american husband LOVED it and my asian mother can't stop munching 'em :D It is so hard to cook something that they both love and I always ended up cooking two different meal for them but not tonight :) will definitely cook this AGAIN in the future!

    Simple and delicious! The only thing we changed was cooking the flour a bit in the pan before adding the milk. And watch your pork carefully, the last 7 minutes over cooked the pork a bit, but overall very good!

    This is a fab recipe. I've used it many times through the years. However, it used to have a higher rating than it does now. I am from the south and know what good country pork chops taste like and this is it. I've served this to my husband many times and he's never complained. He probably thinks this is an inherited recipe. Anyway, it's a good recipe, try it!

    Great lightened version of a classic dish. I make real mashed potatoes from scratch and I add a full tsp of black pepper to the gravy.
